Pinay Grigio (she/her) aka “The Filipina Thirst Quencher” is a Filipina American dancer, choreographer, and a performer based out of Seattle, WA. She is the producer of “Halo-Halo Cabaret”, an all Asian, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander cabaret variety show. Prior to entering the burlesque scene, she has danced and provided dance education throughout the Pacific Northwest and have had her work showcased at dance festivals such Seattle International Dance Festival and Tint Dance Festival (a dance festival featuring the work of choreographers of color).

Pinay Grigio splashed into the burlesque scene in April 2019 with her debut at Miss Indigo Blue’s Academy of Burlesque’s Burlesque 101 performance class. She has performed at local festivals such as What The Funk - an All POC Burlesque Festival dedicated to funk music and the Seattle Moisture Festival. She most recently performed at the Asian Burlesque Festival in NYC and Sin City Burlesque Festival in Las Vegas. Locally, she has been featured as a performer with Azn Glow at the Seattle Asian Art Museum and part of the cabaret cast at Wing Luke Museum’s Jamfest curated by The Shanghai Pearl.

As a dance educator, she teaches her own dance series called “Pleasure”: Burlesque Movement For the Soul.
